Goods Terms of Sale

Goods are sold by Jazters AI Lab LLC, 125 Brighton 11th St, Apt 2B, Brooklyn, NY 11235, the company that operates Potentiacta. When you buy in Goods, your contract is with Jazters AI Lab LLC. Your card statement shows POTENTIACTA. Questions: support@orchestra.ink.

You need a Potentiacta account and a completed identity check. You must be 18 or older. Goods is open to a pilot group for now, so some people may not see it yet.

We deliver in the United States. Most products ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, and some also to Alaska and Hawaii. Each product shows where it ships, and checkout only lets you buy what can reach your address.

• Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product.
• Delivery is a separate line: the carrier rate for each parcel to your address plus $3.49 handling, charged once per order. Items from two suppliers travel as two parcels.
• Some products include delivery in their price; they add nothing to the delivery line.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where we collect it.
• You see the full total before you pay. If a price changes after you add an item to your cart, the cart tells you.

• You pay by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• After your first purchase with your own money, you can pay with Goods credits for all or part of an order, including delivery and tax.
• Some products have a limit on how many you can buy with credits in a period. Above the limit, you pay by card. The product page shows the limit.

• Your order is accepted when the payment goes through. We send a confirmation email.
• A paid order cannot be cancelled by you. If nothing in it has shipped within 48 hours, write to us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
• If a product sells out before your order ships, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

We email you when the order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, start a return from your order or write to us, and we will refund you.

• A purchase earns Goods credits. The product page shows an estimate, rounded down; the exact amount is set when you pay.
• Credits you earn can be spent right after payment.
• Credits are not money. You cannot cash them out, sell them or transfer them to another person. They are kept separate from the credits you use for AI work.
• If you return an item, the credits it earned are removed. Credits you have already spent stay spent.
• If your bank reverses a card payment, we may remove the credits from that order.

Each product shows its certificate and what it covers: this product, the whole brand or the whole company. We check certificates in the issuers' public registries. Certificates are issued by independent bodies, not by us.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your state. Where the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms; the version on the day you pay applies to that order.
