Goods Returns Policy

• You can return any item within 30 days after delivery, with or without a defect, the whole order or part of it.
• Start a return from the order in Goods and tell us the reason.
• We do not charge for returns and withhold nothing for the items.

• We refund as soon as we approve the return, without waiting for the item to come back.
• Money goes back the way you paid: card payments to your card, credits to your Goods wallet.
• Returning the whole order also refunds the delivery and its tax. For a partial return, the delivery stays paid, unless the item was faulty, we sent the wrong item or the parcel was lost; then we refund the delivery too.
• A card refund usually reaches your account in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

For now you can keep the returned item. If we need it back, we email you a prepaid label.

Write to support@orchestra.ink. We look at each case and may still accept the return.

Credits earned by returned items are removed. Credits you already spent stay spent.
