Pre Order Board — Buyer Guide

Potentiacta · 26 Oct 2026

For arrangers and issuers of social bonds: how to order verified outcome units on the Pre Order Board, the current package or units for a term within Potentiacta’s target range, then read the Package Disclosure, send a pre-order: your work email is checked, the documents come to it in the theme you choose, and the team writes to you itself.

This guide describes the Pre Order Board as of 26 October 2026. It replaces Buyer Guide v1.1 of 21 October 2026, which described the form before the changes of 23 October.

What the Pre Order Board does

The Pre Order Board is one flow in three steps:

  1. Calculate the order. Buy the current package of verified outcome units at its current values, or order verified outcome units for a term within Potentiacta’s target range: its Verified Outcome Units Target, a plan to 2036.
  2. Package Disclosure. Read the terms of a package and the summary of your package, and open the full Package Disclosure.
  3. Send the pre-order. Leave your name and work email and send the pre-order: your email is checked, the documents come to it in the theme you choose, and the team writes to you itself.

Potentiacta does not issue social bonds. It produces verified outcome units, packages them and registers each package on Potentiacta Standard; the keys and tokens to the package are transferred to the buyer. Potentiacta understands that arrangers and issuers of social bonds may use the package to issue social bonds, and provides all the tools needed to register and account for operations with its verified outcome units on Potentiacta Standard.

Key terms

TermMeaning
Δf · inputThe change in total final demand relative to the baseline scenario: Δf = Δfbasket + Δfoperations, Potentiacta’s verified spending on users’ baskets and its external operating spending.
Δx · outputThe modeled change in total gross output by sector required to meet Δf; the Oracle verifies its inputs and calculation.
m · multiplierThe effect of Δf on Δx: the output multipliers of the sectors in Δf, weighted by their shares of Δf. Today ×1.81 package-level · min 1.63 · max 2.51 (Live · 7 Nov 2026).
Verified outcome unitUS$1 of Δx, with inputs and calculation verified by the Oracle: a package of Δx dollars holds Δx units.
PriceUS$1 per verified outcome unit: a package costs its Δx.
RIL · Reinvestable Impact LiquidityRIL = Δx − Δf. Potentiacta takes all of its own value added, including its team, taxes and margin, from RIL, at a norm of 30% of RIL, and invests the remaining 70% in growing Δf: more people with a prepaid basket and a larger basket per person.
Verified impact resultsWellbeing · poverty recovery, Social · access, Environmental · ΔEnet, Employment · ΔL, Income · ΔW and Value added · ΔGDP: disclosed beside Δx, not added to it; their values are given only after verification by the Oracle.
Target rangePotentiacta’s Verified Outcome Units Target, plan to 2036 (23 Oct 2026): the target Δx of each year at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 (23 Oct 2026). Targets, not forecasts.

Step 1 · The current package

Choose “Current package”. The card shows the package as it stands: its Verified Outcome Units, the units generated to date, $1,231,134.72 (Live · 7 Nov 2026). One verified outcome unit equals US$1 of verified gross output (Δx), so the figure is both the number of units and the price.

The figures come from the platform via API in real time. Current values: Live · 7 Nov 2026.

“Packages of verified impact results associated with Δx” is closed at first: “+ Show” opens it and “− Hide” closes it. It lists the six verified impact results disclosed beside Δx, in the Project Overview’s order: wellbeing (users lifted out of poverty), the social result (users with verified access to sustainable goods and services), the environmental result (the net climate effect, with the emissions created and compensated beside it), the employment result (ΔL), the income result (ΔW) and the value-added result (ΔGDP). A dash means the platform gives no value yet: the card says “Comes with the platform API”.

Step 1 · An order for a term

  1. Term. Choose “Order for a term” and set “Order from” and “Order to”, any years from 2027 to 2036. If “Order to” is earlier than “Order from”, the board sets it equal.
  2. Amount. Enter the amount of verified outcome units, in US dollars. One unit is US$1 of Δx, so the amount is both the number of units and the order price. The field takes 10,000,000, 10 000 000, 10.000.000, $10M or 250k and writes the amount back as 10,000,000 when you leave it. Under the field the board shows the largest available amount for the term.
  3. Filters. The filters are closed at first: “Filters” says how many are on, 40 of 40 at first, and opens them. Goods and services: digital productivity services and the 33 categories of goods in the basket, each under its section, as the Package Disclosure lists them (Home Stuff, Fashion, Health, Beauty & Personal Care, Food, Sport & Outdoor, Electronics, Toys & Games, Stationery & Paper), all included at first; each can be included or excluded, and a section’s chip includes or excludes all its categories. Production regions and suppliers: will be added soon. Verified impact results: the six results, in the Project Overview’s order, all on at first; Value added · ΔGDP stays in every package, as it holds Potentiacta’s own value added, 30% of RIL. The filters describe the package (its description in the order box, the package summary in step 2 and the pre-order) and do not change the calculation. A pre-order needs at least one category of goods and services.
  4. The order box. The order price, which is the amount, with its split by year; the Δf behind the order at the platform’s multiplier, with Δfbasket and Δfoperations; RIL = Δx − Δf; Potentiacta’s value added, 30% of RIL; the 70% of RIL invested in growing Δf; whether the order is “Available” or “Unavailable” within Potentiacta’s target range; and the order’s description: the goods and services the filters keep and each chosen verified impact result with its description, its value given only after verification by the Oracle. The platform’s multiplier is ×1.81, marked Live · 7 Nov 2026: the order box gives the Δf at the platform’s multiplier, while the target stays at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 as set on 23 October 2026.

The target range and the split by year

Potentiacta’s Verified Outcome Units Target, plan to 2036 (23 Oct 2026), sets a target Δx for every year at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 (23 Oct 2026), where Δf = Δfbasket + Δfoperations. Targets, not forecasts.

A term order is split across its years in proportion to each year’s target Δx, not evenly. A year’s share Ay is the amount A times that year’s target, divided by the sum of the targets of the term’s years; the shares are whole units that add up to the amount.

Ay=A×Δxytarget∑t∈termΔxttarget

Every year therefore holds the same share of its target. An order is available while no year’s share goes beyond that year’s target Δx, which is exactly while the amount is at most the sum of the term’s targets: the largest available amount for the term.

available⇔A≤∑t∈termΔxttarget

The Δf behind the order is the same share of each year’s target Δf. RIL = Δx − Δf: 30% of it is Potentiacta’s value added and 70% is invested in growing Δf.

Beyond the target range the order turns “Unavailable”, in pale scarlet: the board says by how much the order goes beyond the range and gives the largest available amount for the term, and the pre-order is not sent. Lower the amount, or choose a longer or later term.

The target by year. The last column is the largest available amount for a term from 2027 to that year; for any other term, add up the target Δx of its years.

Worked example: the default order

A term order opens at 2027–2028 and $10,000,000, a round amount well inside the target range for these years.

YearTarget ΔxOrderShare of your order
2027$11,577,923$875,5138.8%
2028$120,663,703$9,124,48791.2%
2027–2028$132,241,626$10,000,000100%

Δf at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 (23 Oct 2026) is $5,524,862 (Δfbasket $3.2M · Δfoperations $2.4M). RIL = Δx − Δf = $4,475,138: Potentiacta’s value added, 30%, is $1,342,541, and $3,132,597, 70%, is invested in growing Δf. The order is available; the largest available amount for 2027–2028 is $132,241,626.

Above $132,241,626 the same term is unavailable: $150,000,000, for example, goes beyond Potentiacta’s target range by $17,758,374.

The chart and The numbers

“Order within Potentiacta’s target range” charts every year’s Δf and target Δx on a log scale, the term’s years highlighted, with the order as a line through its years: one point a year at that year’s part of the order, soft green while the order is available and pale scarlet beyond the range. On a computer each year is a pair of bars; on a phone, a row.

Each bar is labeled with its value. When the chart comes into view, a pulse runs along the bars from left to right and shows each bar’s exact value in turn; it repeats every 12 seconds while the chart is on the screen. Point at a bar or tap it to see its exact value; a tap keeps it until you tap elsewhere. With the keyboard, the Tab key reaches the chart and the arrow keys move from bar to bar, Home and End to the first and the last.

“The numbers” gives the target year by year, 2026 in two rows, to 7 Nov 2026 (live) and the rest of the year (plan), each adding up: users on 1 January of the next year, Δfbasket per user a year, Δfbasket, Δfoperations, Δf, Δx, RIL, the 70% invested in growing Δf, Value added · ΔGDP, and the order by year with each year’s share of your order, 100% in all; the last row is your order. Value added · ΔGDP shows a floor (≥): only Potentiacta’s own part, 30% of RIL, is known ahead; the supply chains’ value added vᵀΔx comes with each package after verification by the Oracle.

The Note under the table sums up how the numbers are built, and “+ Show the full description” opens the details:

  • Users grow evenly, in percentage terms, during each year and reach the stated number on 1 January of the next year. The plan for 2026: 21 users with a $3,600 basket (figures of 20 Oct 2026) to 30 November, then 100 users with a $10K basket from 1 December. 2026 is shown in two parts, and each row adds up: to 7 Nov 2026, the figures to date, with Δf of $684,313.26 (Δfbasket + Δfoperations) and Δx of $1,236,628.38; and the rest of the year, 8 Nov to 31 Dec, the plan for the days left: the plan’s days from 8 Nov to 31 Dec added up, each day its month’s figure ÷ the month’s days, with Δf = Δfbasket + Δfoperations; December runs at 100 users, so its days weigh more than October’s and November’s. Together they make 2026, the figures to date plus the rest of the plan; the plan’s 2026 as set on 23 Oct 2026 is Δf $954,350 and Δx $1,729,084. 2027: 100 users to mid-May, then growth to 1,000 by 1 January 2028.
  • Δf = Δfbasket + Δfoperations; Δfoperations a month = $500 · N + R&D(N) + RTV(N), for N users, by the rule below.
  • RIL = Δx − Δf at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 (23 Oct 2026): 30% of it is Potentiacta’s own value added, 70% is invested in growing Δf.

The rule for Δfoperations, as Potentiacta’s Verified Outcome Units Target sets it (23 Oct 2026):

  • $200 a month per user: verification.
  • $300 a month per user: licenses and services.
  • R&D, including data: $1,000 a month per user up to 100 users; above 100 users, $100,000 × (N ÷ 100)0.3 a month for the platform.
  • Real-time data verification (RTV): $700 a day up to 100 users; above 100 users, $21,300 × (N ÷ 100)0.3 a month.

R&D and real-time verification serve the whole platform: they grow with data and load, but far slower than users, doubling with every tenfold increase in users. This is an assumption, checked each quarter against the actual Δfoperations verified by the Oracle. Only external spending counts: the salaries of Potentiacta’s own team are not part of Δfoperations. They are paid from RIL = Δx − Δf: Potentiacta takes all of its own value added, including its team, taxes and margin, from RIL at a norm of 30%, and invests the remaining 70% in growing Δf.

Step 2 · Package Disclosure

Step 2 sets out the terms of a package. Price: US$1 per verified outcome unit: a package costs its Δx. RIL = Δx − Δf: Potentiacta takes all of its own value added, including its team, taxes and margin, from RIL, at a norm of 30% of RIL, and invests the remaining 70% in growing Δf. Verified outcome units are Δx, the output caused by Potentiacta’s final demand Δf, its user baskets and external operating purchases, measured and verified by the Oracle in real time, with the verified impact results disclosed beside it. A current-package order covers the units generated to date; a term order covers the units Potentiacta plans to generate in the chosen years.

“Your package” sums up the order:

  • Target range. Potentiacta’s target from 2026 to 2036 and how a term order stays within it.
  • This package. The current package with its Δx, or your term order: its term, its amount and its split by year, its verified outcome units target against Potentiacta’s target for the term, whether it is available, and the goods and services, production regions and suppliers and verified impact results that the filters describe.
  • Disclosure Score · ESG. Given by the Oracle when it verifies the package, not calculated here: 21 checks of the package’s data, seven of them gates, with E, S and G sub-scores against the pillar maximums E 24 · S 23 · G 53 points. 90–100 Verified · 75–89 Verified with notes · 60–74 Conditional · below 60 Not verified.
  • Preliminary. These values may change: specific values of a package are given only after verification by the Oracle.

Read the Package Disclosure for the full text: how verified outcome units are calculated, the results disclosed beside Δx, what the basket contains, social and environmental responsibility and the Disclosure Score.

Step 3 · Send the pre-order

Pre-orders are open to arrangers and issuers of social bonds. The Potentiacta team checks that you are an arranger or issuer of social bonds.

  1. Save pre-order. Press “Save pre-order” and enter your name and work email. Use the email at your organization’s domain: the board checks that it is a work email, not a free mail service, and then lets you choose the theme of the documents, Light or Dark.
  2. Send pre-order. Press “Send pre-order”. A term order beyond the target range, or one without any goods and services, is not sent: the form says why.
  3. Pre-order summary. Your Pre-order summary comes to your work email in the theme you chose: the order with its figures, its schedule by year and The numbers, with a link to the Package Disclosure.
  4. Documents. The documents come to your work email in the theme you chose, and the Potentiacta team writes to you itself.

The pre-order carries your name and work email and the order: for the current package, its Δx, RIL and the verified impact results; for a term order, the term, the amount and its split by year with each year’s share of the order, the order price, Δf, RIL with its 30/70 split, whether it is within Potentiacta’s target range with the largest available amount, the goods and services, production regions and suppliers, the verified impact results and the date of the target.

The team will contact you about this request.

Notes

  • Targets, not forecasts: Potentiacta’s Verified Outcome Units Target, plan to 2036, of 23 October 2026.
  • The multiplier today is ×1.81 package-level · min 1.63 · max 2.51 (Live · 7 Nov 2026); the target counts Δx at the plan’s multiplier ×1.81 (23 Oct 2026).
  • The values are preliminary and may change: specific values of a package are given only after verification by the Oracle.
  • A current-package order covers the units generated to date. A term order covers the units Potentiacta plans to generate in the chosen years; they are delivered and verified by the Oracle year by year.
  • Each package is registered on Potentiacta Standard; the keys and tokens to the package are transferred to the buyer.
  • A pre-order is not an order; the order is agreed with Potentiacta separately.
